Back pain is a common complaint of many of our paitents. While we can help reduce and alleviate pain for low, mid, and upper back pain, it can return if steps aren’t taken to change your exercise techniques, posture, etc. Our clinic loves to provide resources to our patients, and one set of exercises that we utilize to help decrease back pain is Foundation Training.
In addition to Chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage, dry needling and other methods of care, our clinic will help teach you how to properly complete your Foundation Training exercises so that you can continue your care at home. Proper form and concurrent chiropractic related treatment is important for your full recovery. Foundation Training is a great tool, but it needs to be paired with high quality treatment.
