Reinforcing Your Recovery Between Visits

Back pain is one of the most common complaints we see, and while we can help reduce and manage pain in the lower, mid, and upper back, it can return if nothing changes about the exercise habits and posture patterns that contributed to it. Foundation Training is one resource we use to help patients build better posture habits and reduce recurring back pain.

In addition to chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage, and dry needling, we’ll teach you how to properly perform your Foundation Training exercises so you can continue building on your progress at home. Proper form, paired with your ongoing chiropractic-related treatment, matters for a full recovery — Foundation Training is a genuinely useful tool, but it works best paired with quality hands-on care rather than on its own.

What Happens at Your First Visit

  1. Assessment — We evaluate your posture and pain pattern to confirm this fits your treatment plan.
  2. Coached Instruction — We teach you the exercises in-clinic, with a focus on correct form.
  3. Home Practice & Follow-Up — You continue at home between visits, and we check your progress and form at follow-ups.
